The Gintama live-action movie isn’t due to hit screens in Japan until July, but the publicity team has been slowly whetting fans' appetite with a series of teaser images featuring the A-list cast in some of the movie’s most eagerly anticipated roles. This time you can get yourself a first look at the Murata siblings Tetsuya and Tetsuko!
Veteran actor Yasuda Ken plays the role of top swordsmith Tetsuya Murata who, just like in the manga, has trouble hearing people and often speaks in a loud, booming voice.
This contrasts nicely with his similarly named sister, Tetsuko, who is played by former Momoiro Clover member Hayami Akari and is quite shy, speaking in a very quiet voice.
The Gintama live-action movie opens at cinemas across Japan on July 14!
