Keifuku Randen Tram Line and Toei Kyoto Studio Park teamed up earlier this year to hold an incredibly popular Touken Ranbu -Online- stamp rally, which ended in March 2016. Touken Ranbu fans will be thrilled to hear that these two companies have joined forces once again to hold a second stamp rally, “Touken Ranbu -Online- Kyo no Kiseki Stamp Rally II”!
In addition to the stamp rally, special trams will be running on the Keifuku Randen Tram Line, and Touken Danshi photo spots will be available across Kyoto at Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples that are connected to Japan's sword tradition. Toei Kyoto Studio Park will also be teaming up with the Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru anime series to hold the "Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru - Kyo no Kiseki Hanamaru Matsuri." This event is guaranteed to be even more thrilling this time round! Fans will also be able to get their hands on collaboration food, drinks, and merchandise - take a trip to Kyoto while this event is taking place and you'll feel like you've stepped into the world of Touken Ranbu.
Stamp Rally
Stamps will be awaiting eager fans at Toei Kyoto Studio Park and at the following Keifuku Randen Tram Line stations: Shijo-Omiya Station, Arashiyama Station, and Kitano-Hakubaicho Station. If you collect them all, you'll receive an exclusive tin badge!
Tour of Touken Spots
Life-sized cutouts of Touken Danshi will be placed at a variety of locations across Kyoto, including at Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples that have a connection to Japan's sword tradition and at Keifuku Randen Tram Line stations. Take a photo together with your favourite Touken Danshi to make your trip to Kyoto one to remember!
Randen: Special Trams
Special trams on Keifuku Electric Railroad's Keifuku Randen Tram Line, which connects Shijo-Omiya in the heart of Kyoto with Arashiyama (a popular sightseeing spot), will be decorated with Touken Danshi! Not only will the special trams be adorned with Touken Danshi images, they will also feature exclusive destination signs, and even the advertisements inside the trams will be Touken Ranbu-themed! How much more Touken Ranbu can you get?! The special trams will be stationed in Arashiyama on weekends and national holidays, and fans are welcome to jump on and check them out. Collaboration drinks will be available for purchase at the Randen Balcony restaurant and bar inside Arashiyama Station's Hannari Hokkori Square.
Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru - Kyo no Kiseki Hanamaru Matsuri
Toei Kyoto Studio Park will be home to an event that brings the world of Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru to life. Scenery from the anime series will be recreated to perfection, including the citadel and other familiar locations. Inside the park, visitors can also enjoy meals inspired by the Touken Danshi and purchase collaboration merchandise made using traditional Kyoto crafts.
Other Events & Commemorative Ticket Set
To celebrate this event, a commemorative ticket set that includes a Toei Kyoto Studio Park ticket and a Randen one-day pass plus special Touken Ranbu merchandise will be available for purchase.
