Detective Conan Real Escape Game Appearing at Universal Studios Japan This January!

Universal Studios Japan is holding Universal Cool Japan from Friday, Jan. 13 to Sunday, May 28, 2017,and SCRAP will be there with a Detective Conan-themed Real Escape Game called “Detective Conan: The Escapade ~Fire Code of Recollection~.”

This event is a collaboration with the newest film, Detective Conan: Deep Red Love-Letter, opening nationwide on April 15, 2017. Visitors will have the opportunity to see what happened the day before the story of the film as a Real Escape Game before it comes out. They’ll solve riddles while taking in an entirely new experience complete with full-blown stunts and a park-original story set in Osaka.

Commemorating the franchise’s 20th anniversary, the latest film, Detective Conan: The Darkest Nightmare, earned the most in box-office revenue in the series’ history: 6.31 billion yen. Now fans will be able to enjoy Detective Conan, a hit in more than 20 countries, as a Real Escape Game!

“Detective Conan: The Escapade” brings the world of Detective Conan to real life using the strength of Universal Studios. Solve the mystery alongside popular characters including Edogawa Conan and Osaka native Hattori Heiji and escape from danger in this game.
