The military fantasy series Saga of Tanya the Evil will be getting its own film!
Shinotsuki Shinobu, the illustrator attached to the light novels, drew a new teaser visual to accompany the 30-second announcement trailer below.
While further details are scarce, the events taking place in the movie will pick up right where the first season ended, which aired between Jan. and Mar. of 2017 with 12 episodes.
Aoi Yuki and Hayami Saori will be reprising their roles as Tany and Visha, and anime director Uemura Yutaka will also be back for the movie.
First introduced to the world by author Zen Carlo, Saga of Tanya the Evil begins with a ruthless businessman who is condemned to rebirth in an alternate war-torn world as a little girl. If he dies of non-natural causes or doesn’t turn to the light of God, he is to be punished with eternity in Hell.
