Inherit His Courage - “Digimon Adventure” Taichi Yagami Goggles to Be Released

It has been 15 years since the start of the broadcast of the popular anime Digimon Adventure based on the original series by Akiyoshi Hongo. Now, a replica of the iconic Goggles worn by main character Taichi Yagami is set to be released.

This is the first time that these goggles worn by Taichi during his adventures in the Digital World will be released commercially. The goggles are 155 millimeters in width and don’t just look like a faithful replica, they are made of high quality, carefully selected materials as well, including PE, PC, and EVA for the goggles themselves, and polyester, elastic, and POM for the headband.

The “Digimon Adventure Memorial Goods Taichi’s Goggles” will retail for 4,860 yen (tax included). Pre-orders began on July 29 on Bandai’s official shopping site, Premium Bandai. They will be released in December.
