Cozy Wave, well known for product lines themed after subcultures, is releasing a lineup of perfume, body shampoo, and fabric mist themed after the TV anime Blood Blockade Battlefront. The items will be released made-to-order from late September on Cozy Wave’s online store. Due to the series’ popularity, these will likely become a hot topic.
First up is the “Perfume of KS” line that’s themed after the main characters of Blood Blockade Battlefront. The lineup consists of five fragrances each themed on one of the five main characters: Leonardo, Klaus, Zapp, Steven, and Sonic. Each has a different scent, so you can enjoy each character’s aroma.
A point not to be missed is the item that symbolizes each character drawn on each package. For example, the bottle of Klaus’ fragrance features the cross he carries with him. At a glance you can’t even tell they’re anime perfume, making them optimal even for everyday use. Another great thing is that the fragrances can be used by both men and women. Each perfume costs 5,000 yen (plus tax).
“Romantica Body Shampoo: Blood Blockade Battlefront” comes in seven versions: Leonardo, Klaus, Zapp, Chain, Steven, K.K., and Gilbert. The “Romantica Fabric Mist: Blood Blockade Battlefront” comes in 12 versions that include, in addition to the shampoo lineup, Sonic, Hammer, Zed, White, and Black.
A character illustration is drawn on each package of shampoo and mist, making them a lineup that will be hard to choose from. Each shampoo costs 1,880 yen and each mist 1,380 yen (both plus tax). Each is only available through pre-ordering, which is open only until Aug. 20. They will be shipped in late September.
Blood Blockade Battlefront is a battle action series created by manga artist Yasuhiro Nightow. A TV anime adaptation was aired between April and June of this year. It was previously announced that the season finale will air as an extended episode. Keep it here for follow-up reports.
