Rola appears dressed up as the popular character “Sailor Moon” in the May issue of ViVi magazine, in stands from Mar 22. A special movie has also been released on Mar 30, Rola’s birthday, on ViVi’s YouTube page.
The Sailor Moon series is written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi and celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. To commemorate this, ViVi teamed-up with the series and features Rola wearing costumes of Sailor Moon in its latest issue. A pouch illustrated with drawings by Takeuchi comes with the issue.
“I watched Sailor Moon real-time as I was growing up. I loved it,” commented Rola.
In the special movie, Rola performs a cute dance dressed up as Sailor Moon, in a room that recreates the world of the popular series.
