Shibu Pop satisfies pop-culture fans with a variety of stores to browse. It is fittingly located on the sixth floor of Parco Part 1 in Shibuya, an area in Japan known for its long-standing youth culture.
To some new visitors, the One Piece decor of the elevator to Shibu Pop comes as a surprise and increases their expectations of the One Piece Mugiwara Store located there. Thankfully, these expectations are met! Fans are welcomed by a life-size Luffy statue and an abundance of One Piece goods. Mugiwara Store is a great spot to find new One Piece goods, but it is also fun just to visit with its straw-hat light covers and its huge mural painted on the ceiling. It’s worth at least one visit because of its illustrations of Luffy and character creation board by author Eiichiro Oda.
If you’re planning to visit Tokyo, definitely make time to visit this shop in Shibuya after you’ve had your fill of Akihabara!
