New Robot Anime “Ginga Kikotai Majestic Prince” to Begin This April

The new robot anime Ginga Kikotai Majestic Prince will begin this April. The latest PV for the anime was shown at Comic Market 83, which was held from Dec. 29-31, 2012.

Ginga Kikotai Majestic Prince is set in the year 2110 among the cosmos where the main character was created through gene manipulation. The action packed robot anime is being directed by Keitaro Motonaga, who is known for directing Katanagatari and Jormungand. Hisashi Hirai, who has worked on previous hit anime including Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and Fafner in the Azure is in charge of character design. Reiko Yojida is in charge of the screenplay. You may recognize her name since she worked on the extremely popular anime K-On!. Also, the anime is a joint work between Doga Kobo (*Yuri Yuri*, Natsuyuki Rendezvous) and Orange (*Code Geass: Akito the Exiled*).

With such a talented staff, Ginga Kikotai Majestic Prince is sure to deliver!
