Cowboy Bebop's Watanabe Shinichirou & Bones Team Up For New Anime!

An original anime titled Carol and Tuesday directed by Watanabe Shinichirou and animated by Bones is set to begin broadcasts in Japan from Apr. 2019, with a worldwide release also under consideration!

Carol and Tuesday is to be Watanabe and Bones' third collaboration, having worked together on Cowboy Bebop: The Movie in 2001 and Space Dandy in 2014. The president of Bones, Minami Masahiko, will be serving as the anime's producer, with manga artist Kubonouchi Eisaku providing original character designs and FlyingDog Inc. in charge of music.

The anime is also seeking vocal talents to play main characters Carol and Tuesday, with auditions open to applicants in both English and Japanese worldwide until Apr. 25. To learn more, visit the official website.

Carol and Tuesday is slated to begin broadcasts in Japan from Apr. 2019 on Fuji TV's +Ultra time slot.
