Square Enix announced more developments about their upcoming fantasy mixed media project Dia Horizon!
The official novel adaptation by the game’s original scenario writer Mikawa Ghost already began serialization on Kadokawa’s web novel page Kakuyomu.
You can also enjoy a 4-koma web manga introducing the characters and story on the Dia Horizon Portal with new chapters coming out every Monday and Thursday.
In addition, Square Enix is holding a promotional campaign entitled “Party Zenmetsu Challenge” between July 28 and Aug. 27 with a grand prize of 1,000,000 yen. To complete the challenge, participants have to defeat 20 enemies without anyone dying in their party, follow the official Twitter account of Dia Horizon (@dia_horizon), and retweet the achievement.
A smartphone game is also set to release this summer, and players will get in-game bonus items depending on the number of pre-registered people.
Other future releases include a web radio program titled “Tanaka Aimi and Serizawa Yuu’s Dia Horadio” airing from Aug. 6, a manga adaptation starting from Aug. 6 on the Square Enix manga app “Manga UP!”, a web anime series airing in mid-August, and a TV anime slated for premiere on MX TV in October.
