Hello! You currently have pre-order or special order items slated to be shipped by the method called TOM Surface. As the cost & pre-shipment lead time for this method has recently increased a lot, we would like to switch the below selection of shipments to Japan Post Surface Parcel.

If you are comfortable with using Japan Post Surface Parcel, no response or further action is required! But if you wish to opt out and stick with TOM Surface, please respond via the page linked at the end of this email. No extra shipping fees will be charged to you regardless of whether or not you opt out.
What’s the main difference between TOM Surface and Japan Post Surface Parcel?
TOM Surface (your current shipping method):
・Ocean transport arranged by TOM
・Domestic delivery performed by UPS Ground
Japan Post Surface Parcel (what we would like to switch to):
・Ocean transport arranged by Japan Post
・Domestic delivery performed by USPS
The overall time needed for delivery is estimated to be around 1-4 months for both methods. Due to high demand, however, there are times when TOM Surface shipments can take a lot longer to leave our warehouse. We have shipped all kinds of items successfully with both methods over the past few years.
If you wish to OPT OUT of having the specified shipments switched to Japan Post Surface Parcel, please respond OPT OUT on the survey on the page linked below.
On the other hand, if you are happy to have these select shipments switched to Surface Parcel, no response is required. (Just keep in mind that they are all pre-order shipments and will not be shipped until after the products have been manufactured & officially released.)
