TOM’s US warehouse now ships packages with both USPS and FedEx.
Expected shipping/delivery times from our US warehouse have always been listed as 1-2 weeks.
This estimated time remains unchanged, but you may find FedEx shipments taking longer than a typical USPS shipment.
At this time, our system automatically selects the carrier best suited for your shipment.
For example, FedEx offers MUCH more cost-effective (and, we hope, safer!) shipping for bulky items like large scale figures.
So in celebration of adding FedEx, enjoy limited-time Free Standard Shipping on ALL $100+ figures from our US warehouse!
Don’t worry, Fedex and USPS both remain “Standard Shipping” methods from our US warehouse!
