My box was delivered to the wrong address or was returned to you.

Please know that refunds are not provided for subscription boxes that have returned to us. If your box was returned to us due to an incorrect address, please contact us for assistance. Should we need to confirm your correct address, please reply with your confirmation within 7 days time.
