Summary

High schooler Yuma Okasaki has finally nabbed her first boyfriend, but she’s finding the situation to be more nerve-racking than she first anticipated! Luckily for Yuma, her close childhood friend Hotaru Mizushina is far more experienced in that department and is willing to help her out. However, Hotaru’s method of guidance is a bit unorthodox - she suggests that Yuma would feel much more comfortable doing things with her boyfriend if she did them with Hotaru first. Now, not only does Yuma have to navigate the exciting firsts of having a boyfriend, but she must also keep him from finding out just how close her and Hotaru really are. And Yuma can’t help but wonder, with a heavy and confused heart, why doing these things with Hotaru is so much sweeter and thrilling than they should be...

CHARACTERS

Yuma Okazaki

Yuma is a sophmore in highschool and is best friends with Hotaru. Yuma used to defend Hotaru from boys that would bully her until she cried, and promised her that she would always be there to protect her. Not only is she strong, but Yuma is also athletically gifted and can play do both basketball and snowboarding. She gets flustered rather easily!

Hotaru Mizushina

Hotaru is best friends with Yuma since childhood. While she used to be incredibly timid and sweet, to the point where Yuma would have to defend her from bullies, Hotaru eventually grew to be the more bold and experienced of the two. Popular among her male classmates and unpopular among her female classmates, Hotaru doesn’t hold back when it comes to Yuma. She’s also prone to keeping secrets and becoming distant when it suits her.

Takeda

Takeda is Yuma’s first boyfriend. He enjoys sports and is a friendly and understanding guy. He constantly tries to make sure Yuma and him are moving at a pace that’s comfortable for her and he is always taking her shyness into consideration.

Fujiwara

Fujiwara is Hotaru’s boyfriend and Takeda’s friend. He’s quite observant and, despite the fact that he’s handsome, seems to be an inconsiderate and impatient individual.
