About Me

I live in Quezon City and am fond of art, cosplay, fashion, video games, photography, collecting toys and figures, gadgets, and playing the piano. My name was chosen by my mother from a name book. Alodia means "love" and Almira means "princess." I am of Filipino, Chinese, and Spanish descent. My father is Filipino-Chinese while my mother is Filipino-Spanish. My parents are Mariglor and Ed Gosiengfiao and I have a younger sister, Ashley Gosiengfiao, who is a professional cosplayer and model as well.
I attended Assumption College (Makati) from preschool to second grade; Miriam College from second grade through high school; and Ateneo de Manila University, where I graduated in 2009 with a BFA in Information Design. As a high school student, I was a member of the Miriam College High School Pep squad.
I also work on art commissions for international clients, illustrating both digital and traditional artwork.

Do we know Alodia? Yes, of course we do! Alodia Gosiengfiao, a beauty from Philippines has been liked over 1.6 million fans on her Facebook page. So she is called as the World's Most Famous Cosplayer.

Last summer, Alodia visited Japan for the first time and walked around Shibuya, Harajuku and Akihabara in Tokyo. TokyoOtakuMode joined to attend her to some places... like Karaoke. Of course, we have introduced some good pictures in TOM's Gallery page.

Last December, Alodia came to Japan again. And few weeks ago she arrived again in February 2013. On her second visit, Alodia went to Ginza and shopped around in so many places. Then she came back more again this year and... yep, it's not only a sight seeing trip.
