A printing standard that is specifically designed for CG illustrations
Showing the senses of the creator to you directly through fantastic colors and quality.
After developing the technology to produce illustrations with computer graphics (CG), mankind has entered a new realm of color presentations with the three primary colors of light, RGB.
This form of progress allowed creators to produce beautiful pieces of artwork using colors that extend far beyond existing ranges of complementary colors.
However, the real colors and qualities that are used by creators exist only in the form of digital data. When artwork is printed for the masses to see, the colors are still converted to CMYK, the three primary colors of pigments.
“Our goal is to show the true colors and qualities of CG illustrations”

Color
Delicate hues displayed through ultra-brilliant printed colors that approach the RGB realm.
In order to show CG colors just as the creators intended them to look, we have developed our very own color management system and printing technology.
Our technology allows hard-to-print colors such as green, pink, violet, and emerald green to be printed with bright and vivid results. Brilliant gradations that are often used as special CG effects can also be recreated through print with a high degree of accuracy.

Presenting colors that are as solid and radiant as they appear on monitors
To show CG colors just as the creators intended them to look, we have developed our very own material selection technology and printing technology.
An important component of our technology is the ability to print colors with significant clarity and solidness. Our prints are so clear and solid that some may find it hard to believe the colors they are seeing are actually on paper. We also utilize materials that allow colors to appear as if they are radiating light from within. Both of these components are just as important as the accurate representation of color to our CG-i technology.

There’s nothing better than a new art print by your favorite artist or of your favorite character or show, but it’s a sad reality that much of the original color is lost during the printing process when the image gets adjusted in CMYK. Banpresto's new CG-i output for computer illustrations seeks to fight this, offering true colors from the brightest reds to the blackest blacks, and when you hold a CG-i art print in your hands, you’ll immediately know the difference!
Illustrated by fuzichoco, this CG-i art print is titled "Flow of Goldfish Through a Celestial River," a name as magical as the image itself.
A breathtaking and brightly colored city appears underwater as schools of fish subtly swim above it like the Milky Way, their bold oranges standing out against the deep blue sky. Banners and beautiful artwork appear on the walls adding to a festival-inspired feeling. The main feature, though, is the gorgeous female character seated atop a goldfish as she holds another one in her hands.
This is a magical portrait that will liven up any room in its 36.9” by 28.3” frame, and fuzichoco’s talent shows in every corner of it, from the flowing ribbons and clean lineart to wonderful touches like the stunning transparency of the fins appearing from the upper-right corner.
This masterpiece was specifically designed to show the power of primary and secondary colors, and it has been faithfully printed to make the physical image as captivating as the original in a way that’s only possible through CG-i printing.
