Cherry blossoms are perfect for getting into that spring feeling, and the hotel's Italian restaurant Zillion has prepared spring versions of a trio of its parfaits. The three parfaits are called "Otona no Gohoubi Parfaits," meaning "Reward for Grownups Parfaits," as they're designed to please adult taste buds with their rich and refined flavors. The trio includes a Mont Blanc-style parfait featuring classic Japanese flavors, a beautifying parfait that's filled with vitamins and looks truly spectacular, and a lightly sweetened and luxurious parfait made using extravagant amounts of black truffles and the finest chocolate. You can enjoy these unique parfaits from Wednesday, March 1.

These three intensely luxurious parfaits are prepared using carefully selected ingredients, and with their subtle sweetness they're a delicious treat for adults.

Yaezakura and Nishio Matcha Mont Blanc Parfait
¥1,500 (including tax, not including 12% service charge)

This Japanese-style Mont Blanc parfait is inspired by cherry blossoms, which announce the arrival of spring. It features a Mont Blanc dessert (made from cherry blossom cream with a Japanese shiroame candy and custard base) on top of a cherry blossom gelee with tapioca and red-currants. This indulgent dessert also includes cherry blossom almond jelly, Nishio matcha ice cream, cherry blossom pound cake, and Setoka mandarin orange compote.

Black Truffle and Chocolate Luxury Parfait Spring 2017 Ver.
¥1,500 (including tax, not including 12% service charge)

This intriguing parfait is the spring version of the restaurant's black truffle parfait, which is rich with the mellow aroma of truffles. It's lightly sweetened, making it perfect for mature taste buds. Griotte cherries soaked in kirsch make this parfait extra special, and it also features milk ice cream made with a generous helping of truffles, pleasantly sharp chocolate ice cream made with Tainori chocolate from the Dominican Republic, and spicy hazelnut shortbread.

Red Berry and Kaga Boucha Beauty Parfait

Packed with vitamins, the hibiscus, rosehip, rose, and seasonal berries in this parfait have beautifying effects. Kaga boucha tea is made using only tea stalks, and it adds an aromatic note. With its mixed berry and red herb ice cream and red herb gelee with basil seeds, this beautifying parfait is a whole new experience, both visually and for your body!
