PS Communications Inc. offers a telegram service by the name of Hot Denpou, and a new plushie telegram featuring the popular characters Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma is now available. The Rilakkuma & Korilakkuma Premium Heart plush went on sale Sept. 29.
