Capcom has released this cute commercial as if to say “the hunting ban is lifted.”
In the “I am Airou.” commercial series available only on the web for the 3DS game Monster Hunter Journal: Poka Poka Airou Village DX to be released on Sept. 10, a cute cat is turned into Airou to introduce this product’s charm. Organized into six parts, the third also shows hunting (?). Airou is so cute as he stares curiously at the monster (iguana)!
The charming series of videos consists of volumes including #1: Comrades, #2: Daily Life, #3: Hunting, #4: Hunting Cont., #5: Eggs, and #6: Eggs Cont.
In addition to Airou, a variety of other characters appear including Kanban Musume, Dancho, Regios, Yuubin’ya, Chourou, and Nyanjiro. At first four videos were planned, but apparently, due to the amount of cute recordings of the cats’ unexpected activities, “Hunting” and “Eggs” became two-parters, bringing the series to a total of six parts.
