Novelty goods manufacturers Village Vanguard are launching this series of “Maru de Pan Mitaina Pouch” (Just Like Bread Pouches) on their official online store. Each pouch will retail for 842 yen (tax included).
There are four different versions of these bread-like pouches in the series: Anpan Pouch, Curry Pan Pouch, French Pan Pouch, and Melonpan Pouch. The bread-themed bags have been constructed to look just like the real thing, recreating the bread’s glossy feeling and fluffy appearance.
Village Vanguard’s Melonpan Pouch is especially popular. Pre-orders are currently open on Village Vanguard’s official online store and the pouches are scheduled to be released in late July.
