Attack on Titan x Subaru: A Special Campaign Site Introducing Vehicles that Keep You Safe Even in Collisions with Titans
The widely popular series Attack on Titan is currently collaborating with Subaru, the automobile manufacturing division of Fuji Heavy Industries. A special campaign site has been created and explains the safety features of Subaru vehicles with original content using the world of the Attack on Titan series as its main motif. Also, on May 30 and 31, a special test ride campaign will take place, and all participants who test drive a Subaru vehicle will receive an Attack on Titan mini car to take home with them.
The Attack on Titan x Subaru campaign site puts the Subaru safety system to the test in the world of Titans, and demonstrates how the vehicles can keep passengers safe even if Titans come chasing after or directly collide with the vehicles. An impressive collection of images from the Attack on Titan live-action movie to be released on Aug. 1 were also revealed.
During the test drive campaign on May 30 and 31, all participants will receive a mini non-crashing Levorg model car set that is complete with a course mat and a display stand featuring one of the walls being pressured by a Titan. In addition, participants can enter a drawing to win a complete outfit used in the movie that even comes with the Three Dimensional Maneuver Gear, or one of 100 special T-shirts that feature a splendidly wild design of the Levorg and the Titans together. All prizes were carefully designed and produced by the art personnel involved in the movie, and the test drive campaign is the only chance fans have to acquire these rare items.
The Attack on Titan manga series has sold over 50 million copies worldwide. The first half of the live-action movie Attack on Titan will be released on Aug. 1, and the second half will start from Sept. 19.
