Advance Ticket Bonuses for Naruto Movie Are Awesome Fans!

Boruto: Naruto the Movie advance tickets go on sale June 27; bonus items are fans featuring artwork drawn by Masashi Kishimoto

The Naruto New Era Opening Project is bringing many developments to the Naruto series. These include the stage play Live Spectacle Naruto, the exhibit “Serialization Conclusion Commemoration: Masashi Kishimoto Naruto Exhibition,” the short story Naruto Gaiden: Nanadaime Hokage to Akairo no Hanatsuzuki published in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump, and more. The culmination of the project, Boruto: Naruto the Movie, will be released on Friday, Aug. 7. Advance tickets will go on sale Saturday, June 27 at theaters across Japan.

Along with this announcement, it has been confirmed that advance tickets will come with colored fans with India ink drawings drawn just for the occasion by series author Masashi Kishimoto as a bonus. The India ink designs stand out for matching the world of the series and come in two versions: Uzumaki and Uchiha. The Uzumaki version features the main character of the new Naruto era, Boruto Uzumaki, along with his dad, Naruto Uzumaki. The Uchiha version features Sarada Uchiha, a classmate of Boruto’s, along with her dad, Sasuke Uchiha. The background is blue and has a characteristic composed feel. Sarada’s lively movement is also a highlight. These can be said to be indispensable items for weathering this intense summer as the Boruto whirlwind blows.

Furthermore, each advance ticket will come with a fan, and purchasers can choose which one, Uzumaki or Uchiha, they want. Because they aren’t given out randomly, it’ll be easy to collect them both. These bonus items are limited to 100,000 total countrywide, and quantities at each theater will be limited as well, so we recommend those who want them to be fast about purchasing their tickets.

Boruto: Naruto the Movie is a sequel to last year’s The Last: Naruto the Movie released countrywide on Dec. 6 while at the same time being the finale to the Naruto New Era Opening Project. The Last: Naruto the Movie made over 1.98 billion yen in box office revenue, a record for the series, and gathered tremendous popularity. Though the original manga concluded last year, it seems there is still plenty more to come.
