PreCure All Stars Movie Spring Carnival to Release in Spring 2015

It seems a spring movie in the popular PreCure series will be hitting screens in 2015 as well. On Oct. 30, renowned anime production studio Toei Animation gave its second quarter financial statement for the period ending in March 2015. The company’s business development schedule for the third quarter was also explained during the presentation. Within this schedule was listed PreCure All Stars: Spring Carnival slated for spring 2015. A PreCure movie is released each year in spring and fall. It looks like this format will continue into 2015 as well.

The content of the movie is a key point of interest. The latest installment in the series, PreCure All Stars: NewStage 3 - Eternal Friends, was released in March of this year. The movie is the final chapter in the NewStage series. Now, the series is changing to the new Spring Carnival series and attention is on what kind of newness this change in title will bring about.

Once again, the movie is also titled with “All Stars,” and there will be more than 30 PreCures from the series’ history. Whether all of them will appear and how they will look are also points that have caught fans’ interest. All that was announced at the presentation was the title; visuals, a synopsis, and other information are still unknown. It’s now a waiting game until the next official announcement.

In other new movie news, Expelled from Paradise will begin screening on Nov. 15. Also, as was announced in a previous report, a new Dragon Ball Z movie will release during Golden Week 2015. A new sequel anime to Digimon Adventure is also slated to begin around spring 2015. However, it is unclear whether this will be a movie or something else.
