On Oct. 18, Halloween Party 2014, an event headlined by HYDE and his band VAMPS, was held in Halls 9-11 at the Makuhari Messe International Convention Complex. On the second day of this three-day event, all of the performers served up a Halloween atmosphere by dressing in fancy Disney costumes.
When a strange pumpkin monster announced the start of the party, DAIGO, May J., and Tommy Heavenly6 appeared on stage one after the next in the midst of a flash flood of thunderous roars that shook the venue and played a hit number. In addition to “Hunting,” “Trouble,” VAMPS enthusiastically sang a choice selection off their new album including "DAMNED" and “EVIL.” The show’s production values, like pillars of fire that rose up, overflowed with an otherworldly feel and made the audience go wild.
In the middle of a performance by Hallowen Junky Orchestra, a special session comprised of the event’s performers, the members even got into the Halloween spirit by leaving the stage and paraded through the venue while throwing out candy.
