Romantica Clothes, an apparel brand by Romantica, a brand of perfumes themed after characters from anime, manga, and games, has a new development for fall 2014. In addition to successive items being released modeled after Takumi Mishiro from the romance adventure game Storm Lover, visuals have also been released of popular characters from otome games, including Toma from Amnesia World and Shiina Nanao from Storm Lovers 2nd.
In July, Romantica Clothes released Storm Lover fragrance body mist themed after Takumi. Now, T-shirts themed after Peco Rose and Peco Rose One are joining the lineup, and illustrations drawn just for the occasion by Yasutake Kawahito have also been released. In particular, the Peco Rose One illustration is daring with its message, “A single rose pulled from many, to your heart only!” The tees are recommended to be worn as an undershirt with a jacket over it. They will release in late October.
“Loosely Penguin” (illustrator: Mai Hanamura) is themed after Toma from Amnesia World. It comes in two types: white and orange. The design makes it great for use just out of the bath, as loungewear, as outdoor wear, or even as sports casual. Surely, the natural mischievous feel of the shirt will strike a chord with many fans, right? These will also release at the end of October.
It’s Shiina Nanao from Storm Lovers 2nd. “Crown & Tiara” is arranged in a vintage style with a natural worn look. This tee coordinates well as an undershirt paired with a pretty, casual jacket or with denim jeans or short pants. Plus, it has a slight Shiina-like narcissism to it, don’t you think? This will release in November.
These items have all been designed by G-Square, which creates logo designs, packages, and graphic tees based on Hakuoki, A Certain Magical Index, Shakugan no Shana, and other series. There will be six varieties in total in sizes ranging from small to 3X large. Each tee will cost 3,000 JPY (tax not included). They will release in anime goods specialty shops and online. They are also available for pre-order on the Cozywave Online Store.
