One Piece Theme Park Officially Named Tokyo One Piece Tower, a Portion of Attractions Also Announced

A theme park at which the world of the hugely popular manga and anime One Piece can be experienced live is opening in 2015. The official name of this theme park is Tokyo One Piece Tower. The theme park will be inside the Tokyo Tower Foot Town building, which is right in the middle of Tokyo. It’s an easy to understand name that appeals to its location. Also in time with the announcement of the official name, a logo incorporating an image of the Tokyo Tower has been released.

Tokyo One Piece Tower is advancing as part of the Amuse Tokyo Tower Project (tentative title) by Amuse Quest, a subsidiary of Amuse. The theme park will include attractions themed after One Piece, live entertainment shows, restaurants, shops, and more. There have been many One Piece attraction events and projects carried out to date, but what makes Tokyo One Piece Tower special is that it’s a permanent fixture. The theme of Tokyo One Piece Tower is for it to be a theme park that fans can carefreely visit at any time.

A portion of the attractions have also been introduced on the official site. The three attractions reveals this time are “Chopper’s Thousand Sunny,” “Nami’s Casino House,” and “Brook’s Horror Castle.” Each of the rides are tentatively named and themed after a different popular character.

Go exploring together with Chopper inside the fan-familiar Thousand Sunny on “Chopper’s Thousand Sunny.” Wager your bellies in a casino run by Nami on “Nami’s Casino House.” And experience a haunted house produced by Brook on “Brook’s Horror Castle.” More attractions are forthcoming.
