Labomen from All Over the World, Assemble! All Fan Art Will Reach the Steins Gate in the “STEINS;GATE Future Visual Contest”

STEINS;GATE has already acquired many fans from all over the world. The game first released on the Xbox 360 in 2009. It picked up a large backing from the beginning and developed into a wide range of media including spin-off games, anime, and comics. It is a monumental work that has captured fans not just in Japan, but worldwide.

Did you know that there is now an official English version of the original STEINS;GATE game? The regular version of the English game finally released on April 30 on PC (The limited edition was released first on March 30 and included labomen pin badges, a fanbook, and more.). For the overseas STEINS;GATE fan, there is no better news than knowing that you can finally experience the original game in English!

Adding more fuel to this already explosive announcement, for one month from May 1 to May 31, Tokyo Otaku Mode is holding a contest for STEINS;GATE fans all over the world called the STEINS;GATE Future Visual Contest! Submitted works can be illustrations, cosplay, figure photography, original goods, tattoos - as long as it’s fan art, you can submit anything! (It goes without saying, of course, that posts must still conform to Tokyo Otaku Mode’s posting guidelines.)

Winning works will receive monetary prizes as well as be made into T-shirts by Tokyo Otaku Mode! It’s not an exaggeration to say that soon labomen all over the world could be wearing a T-shirt with your work on it. What’s more, the overall winning work will take over the TOM Facebook page for one week as the cover photo! Labomen all over the world, join in! Throw open Steins Gate. Now is the time to submit your fan art.
