Prominent in the anime culture, an eshi exhibition that has been held in many countries will come to Vietnam in early March 2014. Eshi are artists who specialize in drawing people and animals in an anime style. Much of the work drawn by eshi are of bishoujo (beautiful girl) characters that are featured in comics and anime. However, the focal point isn’t just the characters, but the world that eshi create for each piece of art. Each piece is painted with unique technical details, from the scene to the details of small animals, hairstyles, clothes, and more. Works done by eshi are not only attracting rabid fans, but are also appealing to lovers of pop culture, fashion enthusiasts, and others.
