Redjuice (aka Shiru) is an illustrator who emits an intense presence through his illustrations. He has countless representative works including the Supercell illustration “The World is Mine,” the jacket illustration for Livetune’s Re:package, character designs for the TV anime Guilty Crown, and the illustrations for Satoshi Hase’s novel Beatless. And now, for the first time, he is publishing an official art collection.

According to the schedule, the deadline for reservations is Dec. 2 (Sun), and the release date will be March 10 (Mon). It will be published by Kadokawa Shoten.

Redjuice is an illustrator who made his trade debut in 2007. He has unique origins, as after his job of designing and maintaining cold storage equipment, he became independent, established a company of his own, and has been working as a web designer. Later, he became a member of Supercell, a creator group with the musician Ryo as its leading figure, and started drawing illustrations for music. He is also distinguished on SNS sites such as Nico Nico Douga and Pixiv.

His elegant character modeling and his characteristic style combined with 3D CG attracts a lot of fans. In 2011, he did the character designs for the TV anime Guilty Crown, thus becoming known in a wider circle.

redjuice managed to build quite a unique career. In his long-awaited official art collection, he is planning to compile more than 100 illustrations including those done for work and those published in doujinshi as well. This will no doubt be a big volume collection worthy of being called the compilation of all of Redjuice’s works until now. Responsible for the design is Tomoyuki Arima, who has previously done cover design and art direction in Illustration 2013 (http://kai-you.net/article/370) and Take Art Gallery Art Collection among others. He is a designer whose name comes up first when talking about illustration-related products. We have big expectations.

Redjuice has come to lead the illustration scene of the 00s-10s, and although his official art collection will be released next year, pre-orders on Amazon have already begun, so you might want to get your hands on it before you forget.
