MangaPolo: No Balls?! Video Introduction to the Story of Part 1-2 of the Son Goku Training Arc of Dragon Ball!

MangaPolo, much like the global explorer Marco Polo, is on a mission to go to the "land of manga" to share it's beauty with the Internet users of the world. Through its YouTube channel, MangaPolo distributes various videos related to manga.

This time, we’d like to introduce Chapter 2 of the manga version of Dragon Ball.

Son Goku and Bulma have set out on an adventure to find the seven Dragon Balls, which are said to grant any one wish when all seven are found. Because it has gotten late in the day, they decide to stop and rest.

Goku thinks they will surely be camping out, but Bulma pulls out a small capsule called a Hoi-Poi Capsule and it suddenly turns into a house. Hoi-Poi Capsules are handy items that can hold objects, no matter how big, so they can be easily carried around. Bulma makes a house appear from such a capsule and her and Goku spend the night in it. Inside the house is a TV, bed, and even a bath, and the two spend a noisy and pleasant evening together.

The next morning, Goku wakes up early and remembers resting in his dead grandfather’s lap on his kintamakura. He tries to do the same to Bulma, but realizes that it feels different. After taking off her panties, he is shocked to find that she doesn’t have male genitalia.

Goku blurts out “Your balls are gone!” to which Bulma awakens and rushes to her Dragon Balls to check on them, thinking this is what Goku meant. The adventures of this duo who seem to be on different pages is just beginning.
