Wanting to become more powerful, Alibaba reaches out to Sinbad to show him how to properly use his Djinn. Despite his dispute with Kassim still being unresolved, Alibaba sets out by himself for the palace.
Once he arrives, his path is blocked by mysterious creatures from the Kou Empire. After battling valiantly against the monsters, he finds himself on the verge of collapsing, his magoi having been exhausted. However, his resolve to protect the country and stop Kassim is still clear. Alibaba prepares himself and enters the throne room!
From the official episode guide:
Battling the mysterious creatures with his unskilled power, Alibaba is thrown aside time and time again and is on the verge of defeat. At that moment, Alibaba hears Aladdin’s voice in his head say, “You are a courageous person; I know it,” and his words give him strength. Alibaba’s resolve to proceed no matter what is renewed and he continues his fight.
Morgiana then comes to Alibaba’s aid, giving him the time he needs to proceed onward to the throne room to settle his dispute with Abhmad and save the country.
Fans have been vocal about their positive response to the new opening and ending themes, saying things like, “I love the scene in the opening where Morgiana dances,” and “The opening is so great I forgot to blink!”
From being raised in the slums to being poised to become the next king, Alibaba has shown great growth in the face of adversity. Don’t miss the next episode!
