On Dec. 12, 2012, the third job class, Infinity Sword, for the character Elsword in the online action RPG Elsword was announced. Infinity Sword is an expert at close-range combat and uses the powerful sword Cornwell. Also, skill notes that increase power and skill effectiveness have been included for the second class, Sheath Knight.
Elsword is a free-to-play, two-dimensional side-scrolling RPG that uses a class system dependant on the player’s level. Once a player’s character reaches level 15, a second job class for the character becomes available to play. Furthermore, once a character reaches level 35, a third job class becomes available. Once one reaches such a high level, an extravagant costume is obtained and new skills can be learned.
Infinity Sword, the third job class for the character Elsword, gives him a new appearance and lets him control the powerful demon sword Cornwell. By unleashing Cornwell’s power, players can summon countless swords for an infinite slashing technique.
Accompanying the new class, the second class, Sheath Knight, has been updated with Skill Notes. These items improve power and skill effectiveness. These are sure to prove effective in your adventures as you clear dungeons and participate in duels. In commemoration of the new class, two in-game events were held. One was a Christmas event that was held until Dec. 26. The other was an event that was held until Jan. 9, in which players could obtain a rare item that gave double experience.
More special events are planned for 2013, so if you haven’t already, check out this free and fun game!
