On Feb. 15, CAPCOM made an announcement regarding Monster Hunter Frontier G, the next version of the Xbox 360 and PC game Monster Hunter Frontier. The announcement included the second promotional video and information on the mysterious monster Bokyoryu Anorupatisu, which up until now was only shown in a main visual. Only a small portion of Anorupatisu’s ecology is made clear in the PV.
The upgraded G version for the PC and Xbox 360, called Monster Hunter Frontier G1 Premium Package, will release on April 17 for 6,090 yen (tax included). Both versions will include a Hunter Life Course Coupon voucher (60 days for the PC and 30 days for the Xbox 360). Event codes for obtaining 16 special favors will also be included. The special armor included in the package seems to be in regard to new “G Class Quests.” However, the details concerning this will be released at a later date.
