26 Boat Wrap Sushi

“Boat Wrap Sushi” is sashimi artfully served in a miniature boat. As the very essence of the many and various highest grade seasonal and locally sourced sashimi, you can generally only see it in the elite traditional Japanese inns and restaurants.
Other than the beautifully arranged items, there’s also standard grade sashimi - if you don’t mind fresh raw fish, eating it dipped in soy sauce which has a little wasabi mixed into it is just the best!
This traditional wooden boat is modelled on an old Japanese fishing boat. In other words, this vessel plays the role of connecting people and the sea, it tells our eyes and our hearts that what is delicious is life bestowed by the sea.
