09 Edamame

In Japan, there is an absolute abundance of uses for soy beans (yes, soy sauce and miso are also made from soy beans). Of course, we have already discovered how to enjoy its original flavors, and that is dress it with salt after bringing the beans to a boil. The perfect little emerald colored beans provide a wonderful texture for our mouth as well as just the right amount of saltiness.
